To get the Coneccion Radio Web app with your browser on your computer simply search coneccionradio.com from your internet browser, or search on Google and on any major search engine and start listening
What is the Home page?
The Home page (Landing page for coneccionradio.com and mobile apps) shows you recommended content for easy access, where you can also see trending content and suggestions based on your listening tastes, the header links and the menu bar on the left hand corner with even more browsing options and controls.
How do I find something to listen to?
You can search for specific content by using the Search tab (magnifying glass icon), or by clicking the Browse option (3 lines icon), which will allow you to make specific searches by location, language, sports, music, etc.
How do I share content from Coneccion Radio?
To share a station, video or show: Start streaming the content by clicking the station image, once in the station profile click the share button (the button will allow you to share to different channels and platforms)
Where can I add a custom URL?
We are sorry but this feature is not available on Coneccion Radio but if you are interested, we can suggest various platforms where you can add your url, email info@coneccionradio.comWe apologize for the inconvenience.
Do I need to create an account to use the Coneccion Radio app?
You do not need to create an account using the Coneccion Radio app. However, signing up for a free Coneccion Radio account provides you with a better experience on the platform. Your account will allow you to:
(1)Save stations, shows, and videos to your “Favorites.”
(2)Access content you've “favorited” anytime from your profile and any device.
(3)Enjoy a personalized experience across multiple devices, with saved profile information. Stations, shows, and videos you’ve saved as Favorites from your account will also be available when you log in to your Coneccion Radio account on other devices, such as iOS, Android, and more.
You can create a new account by clicking the “Log in” button.
Certain stations won’t play on my Coneccion Radio app, how come?
It is possible that some stations stream using audio formats not supported by the platform. If you encounter problems or errors streaming a specific station please contact us so that we can look into the problem.
I forgot my password, how can I reset it?
If you forgot your password, you can reset it by clicking the “Log in” button then “Forgot Password.” After entering your email address, you'll receive an email with a reset password link. Click on the link included in the email to reset your Coneccion Radio password.
How do I add a station or video to my Favorites?
You can favorite a station or video by clicking the "Add to Favorites" button on its respective page once logged in. Alternatively, you can tap and add any station or video, and you can find all your Favorites once you are signed in.
Why does Coneccion Radio not connect to the station I selected?
Most likely, the station you are trying to access is not available on your iOS device either because it doesn't broadcast in a compatible streaming format, or because it's currently inactive.
Occasionally, a station may become unavailable at the broadcaster's request due to geographical or other restrictions. In most cases, Coneccion Radio attempts to redirect you to a similar station to provide relevant content.
Does Coneccion Radio include any open source?
Yes. The Coneccion Radio application links libraries from open source projects licensed under various formats.
why sometimes is the same station listed more than once from the list of stations when I search?
Most likely the station has been added to DB in more than one format.
